Our undertaking to clients

1. We will provide our client with a clear written proposal describing the work we propose and its cost.  
2. At the outset of a piece of work we are happy to refine the detail of the work plan with the client.  We appreciate, and we expect the client to appreciate, that this may have to be done while respecting constraints such as overall cost.
3. Our endeavours at all times will be objective and directed to towards making the piece of work successful.
4. We always respect a client’s needs concerning confidentiality.
5. We accept responsibility for communicating effectively with our client.
6. We are always open to feedback from the client about the progress of a piece of work.
7. If it turns out a piece of work involves us in a financial or personal interest, we will always raise this with the client without delay.
8. Should a piece of work, after it has been started, appear to fall outside the values of our consultancy we will always raise this with the client without delay.  If this eventuality should cause the piece of work to stop then we would not charge for work that we had not carried out.
9. We always agree the intellectual property rights of any outputs or other relevant materials from a piece of work with our client.  This is done at the outset of the piece of work.
